Vilda Sauvage Owens letters, poems, and photograph [manuscript], 1919 Apr 7, n.d.

In a letter, 1919 April, to [Michael] S. O'Donnell, Walden, Mass., Savage writes that she is glad to send a copy of her poem "What Has England Done?" with autograph. She notes that the poem was published by a Boston Club of English patriots and many copies were sold for the benefit of crippled British soldiers. In an undated letter [also to O'Donnell?] Owens writes that it was stupid of her not to understand the request. It would be no trouble and she encloses the poem. Adds that her handwriting is considered atrocious. The collection also contains a fair manuscript copy and a printed copy of the poem "What Has England Done?" and a photograph of Owens.
